The basic points of our doctrine are:

  • The Bible as the word of God, revealed and preserved through the centuries by the Spirit of God. Inspired and infallible, it has authority in itself.

  • The eternal existence of one true God who has manifested himself as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

  • The work of the Savior of all men, the Lord Jesus Christ, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, fully God and fully man.

  • The creation, trial and fall of man, as told in the book of Genesis, his moral depravity and inability to obtain justice by his own means.

  • The forgiveness of sin and the gift of eternal life offered freely to all through the Lord Jesus Christ. This work of salvation is received only by grace, through the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ.

  • The water baptism of believers by immersion, in the Name of the Lord Jesus, as a sign of salvation and as a testimony of belonging to the family of faith.

  • The baptism of the Holy Spirit as an experience linked to salvation. This fullness enables the believer to live filled with the Spirit and is evident just as it was in the Scriptures with spiritual gifts, especially speaking in tongues.

  • The gifts and fruit of the Spirit, as seen in the book of the Acts of the Apostles and the epistles as a basis, because the Lord builds his work among his people the Church.

  • The church is the community of believers with Jesus Christ as head, and it manifests itself at a local and universal level.

  • The Holy Supper is celebrated as a remembrance of the Lord's death, as a spiritual act that imparts his presence and brotherhood among the brothers, and points to his return.

  • The Gospel encompasses all the needs of man and therefore the church has been commissioned to preach the Gospel to the entire world, serving their spiritual, material and physical needs using all the resources at its disposal.

  • Prayer for the healing of people is still valid today.

  • Eternal life as a reward for the believer and eternal punishment as the destiny of the unbeliever.

  • The Lord Jesus Christ will return to earth to look for his church
